WordNest Jr is designed to work offline and keep the learning experience simple. For help that is not answered below, email the developer directly.

How do I hear a sound or word?

Tap the speaker or Hear it button. WordNest Jr never starts speaking automatically, and tapping an answer selects it immediately.

Does the app need internet access?

Lessons, stories, speech, progress, and creature growth work offline. Internet access is needed only for App Store purchase and restore operations and for opening external support or policy pages.

Where is progress saved?

Progress is stored locally on the device. There is no WordNest Jr account or cloud profile. Removing the app can remove this progress.

How do I restore a subscription?

Open the grown-up dashboard, pass the parent gate, and choose Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase.

How do I cancel or manage a subscription?

Open the grown-up dashboard, pass the parent gate, and choose Manage subscription. Apple also lets you manage subscriptions in Settings under your Apple Account.

How do I reset learning progress?

Open Settings through the parent gate and use Reset all progress. This action clears the local learning state and cannot be undone.

Why is a story or lesson locked?

The free sample contains the first four sound groups and the first story. Remaining lessons and stories require WordNest Jr Plus. Content also unlocks in teaching order so stories stay decodable.

Accessibility

WordNest Jr supports iPhone and iPad layouts, reduced-motion settings, clear labels for interactive controls, and manual speech playback. If an accessibility need is not being met, email support with the affected screen and assistive setting.
