Terms of Use
These terms supplement Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs your license to use WordNest Jr. If these terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's terms control.
Educational purpose
WordNest Jr provides phonics practice and decodable reading activities for children ages 5-8. It is an educational aid, not a substitute for professional teaching, educational assessment, medical advice, diagnosis, or therapy. Children learn at different rates.
Parent or guardian responsibility
A parent or legal guardian must approve downloads, purchases, subscription changes, and use of adult-only areas. The parent gate is a child deterrent, not identity verification.
Free content and WordNest Jr Plus
The app includes a free sample consisting of the first four sound groups and the first story. WordNest Jr Plus unlocks the remaining lessons, stories, and paid features available in the current version.
Auto-renewing subscription
- The planned launch subscription is billed monthly through Apple.
- The exact local price and any trial eligibility appear on Apple's purchase sheet before confirmation.
- A free trial, when offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Apple charges the Apple Account and handles billing, cancellations, and refunds under its policies.
Managing and restoring purchases
You can manage or cancel the subscription from the parent-gated grown-up dashboard or Apple's subscription settings. Restore purchases is available for an eligible subscription made with the same Apple Account.
Privacy
WordNest Jr has no child account, advertising, or behavioral tracking. Learning progress stays on-device. Read the Privacy Policy for details about local storage and anonymous purchase validation.
Acceptable use
You may use the app for personal and family educational use in accordance with Apple's Standard EULA. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, interfere with, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits.
Availability and changes
Features, curriculum content, pricing, and availability may change as the app improves. We will not intentionally remove earned creature progress as a penalty. Storefront availability is limited and excludes EU App Store territories.
Disclaimer and limitation
The app is provided subject to the warranties and limitations allowed by applicable law and Apple's Standard EULA. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
